Please be advised that this store features two types of products:

Handsome Oppa Brand Products (Print-on-Demand): We are the official seller and take responsibility for these items in accordance with the policy stated below.

Amazon Affiliate Products: Certain products on our site are linked to Amazon through an affiliate program.

Handsome Oppa is NOT the manufacturer, seller, or platform for these items. We earn a commission through promotion only.

We do not handle shipping, returns, or customer service for Amazon products.

Any issues (defects, shipping, or returns) must be handled directly through Amazon.com and the respective third-party seller.

Handsome Oppa assumes no legal or financial liability for any transactions or products purchased through Amazon links.
Returns & Exchanges (Handsome Oppa Brand Products Only)
We have a 7-day return policy for defective items only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return due to manufacturing issues.
No Returns for Change of Mind Since all items are custom-made to order (Print-on-Demand) specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" (e.g., wrong size, color, or style selected). Please refer to the size charts carefully before placing an order.
No Cancellations
Production starts immediately after payment. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at contact@handsomeoppa.com within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To process your claim, you must provide your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and the shipping label.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Return Process & Address To start a return for a defective item, you must contact us at contact@handsomeoppa.com. We manage return locations globally on a case-by-case basis. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the specific return shipping address and detailed instructions via email.

Do not send items back to the origin address on the package. Items sent back without prior authorization and a confirmed return address from our team will not be accepted.

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, and a valid tracking number must be provided.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
All Handsome Oppa brand products are considered custom-produced at the time of purchase and are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, under Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. For our Print-on-Demand products, returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects reported within our 7-day policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@handsomeoppa.com.
